Due to the recent WASA nominations, The Director’s Cut will be screening at this year’s Fremantle Outdoor Film Festival as part of the WASA Wednesday Showcase.
The screening is on Wednesday the 18th of February at the Bohemia Outdoor Cinema, Princess May Park, Fremantle (next to FTI). Gates open 7:30pm and entry will cost you a gold coin donation. Further details here.
The Director’s Cut has received 6 nominations in this year’s WA Screen Awards.
Nominations include: Original Music Composition (Christopher de Groot), Cinematography (Ivan Davidov), Editing (Noah Joseph James), Sound (Michelle Tate), Best Director (Paul Komadina) and Best Drama.

The event was held at Ace Cinema in Subiaco on the 30th of January. Extra seating was brought in to accommodate an estimated 300 guests who packed out a 277 capacity theatre.
